You are invited to our next lunch & learn for church leaders in our Central Toronto Ministry Area on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Thornhill Lutheran Church, 149 Bay Thorn Drive, Thornhill L3T 3V2.
In May Bishop Susan Bell inspired us with her insights about missional leadership in the church and how to think church in a new way. This time we will follow up with these ideas and unfold what it means to be a missional leader in our various contexts.
During this ‘Lunch and Learn’ your leadership can become more missional and help to transform the church. We will also talk about how to identify, recruit and educate leaders within and outside our congregations. We will introduce strategies and build relationships that support this process from the ministry area level.
