On Wednesday, Aug. 9, at 7:00 pm, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (Bloor St W and Keele St) 1701 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6P 1B1 presents “500 Years Since Luther: Can Catholics and Lutherans Commemorate Together?” Fr. James Loughran, SA, will speak.
He directs Graymoor Ecumenical and Interreligious Institute (GEII) http://www.geii.org/ in Manhattan (New York, NY). Graymoor Ecumenical and Interreligious Institute summer ministry interns will also be present.
They recently completed a study of interfaith and interreligious movements from a Catholic perspective at Centro Pro Unione in Rome.
