 2nd Dec. the Martin Luther Church community will celebrate a traditional d
 evotional with beloved German Advent carols and texts together with our fe
 llow Lutheran congregations: St. George’s\, Thornhill\, Epiphany\, and F
 irst Lutheran. Afterwards there is the opportunity to get to know each oth
 er and conversation.\n\nDuring the Corona virus pandemic 2020 and 2021\, G
 erman-speaking churches in Toronto  experimented with various digital wor
 ship formats – in addition to live-streaming and pre-recorded videos\, a
 nd found Zoom services were most popular because they give participants an
  opportunity to experience the services together with other congregants as
