 r\, President\, Church Council\n\nWe are writing to inform you that your c
 hurch council\, (the elected officials)\, decided to start our detour once
  again by canceling all in-person worship services due to the new highly i
 nfectious COVID variant\, starting with the December 24\, 2021 German Chri
 stmas Eve Service until the end of January 2022. Here is some essential in
 formation you may need to know about this change.\n\nServices on Christmas
  Eve will be available on YouTube. You can watch either the German or Engl
 ish Service online from the comfort of your home\, 4:30 pm onwards. We wil
 l provide an open zoom link for 20 minutes after the service for all to ge
 t the opportunity to wish each other a merry Christmas.\n\nPlease check ou
 r website and emails (sign up for the MLC email list by contacting the off
 ice\, 416-251-8293) for updaates and more information about online service
  options. Church council will be meeting and evaluating a safe return to c
