 moving on of a significant spiritual leader\; the loss of our personal sou
 lmate or parent\; the loss of our own mobility or of someone we are now ca
 ring for: and then there are the sorrows of the world\, including the clim
 ate emergency. In confronting life’s major challenges\, we can feel inad
 equate to the task.\n\nGood Grief! Befriending Loss in Ourselves\, Others

 is workshop:\n• We will normalize the experience of loss and grief by ex
 ploring psychological and spiritual dimensions associated with significant
  life changes.\n• We will explore the challenge and opportunity of loss
