Regarding the Adjournment of

Annual General Meeting (AGM) March 29, 2026
PLEASE BE ADVISED: While the adjournment of the AGM was previously scheduled for March 29, 2026, the report of the auditor was not ready in time for this date. We anticipate rescheduling soon and we will provide at least two weeks’ notice to inform you of the official meeting date and distribute all necessary documentation with sufficient time to review before voting.
