The 2026 package for our Annual General Meeting on February 22, 2026 was emailed to voting members by Church Council President Jocelyn Sommerfeld on Wednesday February 11, 2026. Printed copies are available at church. Please read the entire AGM package (including the group reports, 2025 minutes, and additional material submitted by Council) and attend the AGM in person. It is a chance to be informed, have your voices heard, and to vote.
If you did not receive the package by email and would like to be considered a voting member, please contact president@martinluther.ca.
If you cannot attend in person and wish to vote by proxy, please fill out a proxy form (available from the council president) and deliver or email it to the Church Office by 6:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026.
