7:00 pm Dinner Church by the Lake
What does an apple tree have to do with faith? And how can we find the balance between tradition and reformation, in order to evolve and grow as a congregation? More than 500 years after Martin Luther’s protest against common church practices, which led to the founding of a new Christian confession, we come together for an evening of good food and good conversations. Our guest speaker is Tanya Zielke, one of our lay preachers who recently spent a year traveling the world. She will talk to us about her experiences abroad. She will lead us in playfully learning about the Reformation – we will play a trivia game!
Come and join us for an informative and inspirational night – and some (alcohol free) beer in the sanctuary of the church!
