Our Bible Study is a mid-week discussion group that explores certain texts in the bible usually on a Tuesday evening approximately once-a-month at 7:00 pm on Zoom starting in March and ending in November – with a Summer break – in two groups of English and German speakers.

Since 2024 our Bible Study Zoom meetings are together with our friends in the congregations of Martin Luther Church Ottawa (https://glco.org/en/) and the German Lutheran Church in Washington, D.C. (https://www.glcwashington.org/english)
Join the leaders Pastor Judith Kierschke @mlchurchottawa (Martin Luther Church, Ottawa), Pastor Annika Klappert @lutheransbythelake (Martin Luther Church, Toronto), and Pastor Dr. Volker Metzler @GLCwashington (German Lutheran Church, Washinton, DC) in learning about the historical and theological background of a bible text and find new ways to apply them to our lived experience!
All three leaders speak English and German so we have the ability to spread into subgroups according to language preferences.
