Presenting this year’s Impromptu Christmas Play!

On December 12, 2021, the Third Sunday of Advent, Pastor Annika Klappert with Vicar Adam McComb, confirmands old and new and children from the congregation put on an impromptu nativity play!

With 20 socially-distanced parents, visitors and other congregation members in the pews, everyone had a good time: players in their assorted costumes —some painstakingly created by themselves— and viewers alike! Everyone including baby Jesus (in the form of a doll) Mary, Joseph, angels, sheep, shepherds and the three wise men were all there!

Prepared by our hopeful confirmands with many participatory elements for everyone including angels, sheep, shepherds and the three wise men. Costumes will be provided or contact Pastor Annika Klappert and Vicar Adam McComb if you’d like to bring your own creations. 

So get ready for some Christmas fun ! Following the play, there will be caroling outside!
