The campaign runs from Ash Wednesday (February 14, 2024) to Easter in German. You can receive spiritual inspiration in the form of pictures, stories and poems by email  These are intended to encourage you to reflect on your own life and faith. Whether you want to give up a certain food, as well as fast with your mind is entirely up to you.
