Lay preachers, meaning congregational members, who practice to undertake some tasks in the ecclesiastical proclamation, e.g. Worship Services. For the Lutheran Church in Canada, the concept of lay preachers is still new. But the leadership showed interest in the workings of shaping the priesthood of all believers. The training is designed as online learning with two weekends attended in person and an oral exam in Germany.
