Party in the Park 2017 in Mimico

Where: George R. Gauld Junior School, 200 Melrose St. (located near Royal York Road and Lake Shore Blvd West) A NEW LOCATION
Come join the community for an evening of fun for all families, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Party in the Park and Canada’s 150th birthday! There will be live entertainment, bouncy castles, face painting, refreshments, free giveaways,and much more to celebrate this special year! The drum circle that practices at our church will also be performing.
Our two students who started working in the church office last week, hired for the Canada Summer Jobs 2017 grant, are Nicholas and Jenny. They are creating a secret new activity that encompasses the history of Mimico since confederation! This includes of course our own church-on-the-lake Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church since 1955.
Their display and game will be at our booth in addition to fresh popped corn. Come by and see! We look forward to many visitors.
